말들은 무성한데 실상은 그것에 못미칠 때 사용하는 표현
즉, 소문난잔치에 먹을게 없다.
맛집이라고 찾아 갔는데 맛없을 때...
iphone 신제품이 기대보다 별로일 때...

예문> Her latest book isn't all it's cracked up to be. I wouldn't bother reading it if I were you.

pulled in all directions : 여러방향으로 끌려다님
즉, 여러가지일에 이리저리 치여서 한가지에 집중할수 없는 상황
아래와 같이 pushed와 짝으로 같이 쓰이기도 한다.

예문> I feel pushed and pulled in all directions. Work, wife, church, all are extremely stressful right now.
